I was there last Saturday, it kicked off in the upper tier. Left him a bit flustered momentarily. There was two lots of noise going on, audience reaction to material then the upper tier booing at the cunts. All in all a pretty shitty experience, couldn't get into it, as there were people continually getting for a booze, piss or line.
Flanagan was good venue was pony.

Brentford, do you have to live life like you are critiquing a haircut?
There doesn't seem to be much you do that doesn't involve a moan up, it's plain simple that any large venue where you are at the back or up in the gods involves a bit of discomfort or a lack of being close to the goings on.
Hence most will avoid these areas as nearly all venues are geared around cramming them in.

Yeh, if you lost your footing up there you'd hurt someone in front and yourself, DoES a look like you could tumble down to the stalls, has there ever been an accident there, 'd be amazed if not?
Got a bad neck and shoulder today thanks to being cramped up in those shit seats too, they actually slant backwards.

I've been in the upper tier at the O2 twice. Once back row (Monty Python), and once front row (U2).Both equally terrible.
The back row was actually frightening as it felt as if you could tumble down and over the edge quite easily. Especially if you're a bit wobbly.
Lower tier and floor are OK. I will only go there if I'm in one of those now.

I was there last night, heard IRONS twice even though we were up in the G-ds. Lots of West Ham there.
First time I've been to the 02 Arena, what a shit venue, the worst I've been to.
He was so far away you wouldn't know it was him but for the screens, he was about the size of a pea. Even the screens are, small and blurred. Seats were cramped and uncomfortable too.
Not as good as he previous stuff but still a 7 of of 10 as he is just a funny guy.

Best 'dealing with a heckler' I have seen was Stewart Lee at Brighton a few years back. Very subtle and very clever.

He's really bad at dealing with hecklers. He was begging people not to start on him when I saw him at the Hackney empire a couple of years back.
